A very enriching experience

International University of Catalonia

This morning I had the pleasure, invited by my friend Toni Sellas , to give a talk on podcasting-class practical students of 2nd year of Audiovisual Communication at the International University of Catalonia .

For me it was a challenge and a very enriching experience and I want to thank first of all the success you have had patience and the students themselves (very nice, attentive and ready and tired of hearing me say that those who use Macs There simplify life) and apologize to them for any mistakes on my part.

As I said to me was the first time that I speak in public and Podcasts to trainer and, therefore, has been a challenge in this respect, but also allowed me to:

Clean up and strengthen my own ideas and experiences in Podcasts.
Search and document the material that was scattered on the Mac.
Try the first Keynote (brutal, ugly accustomed to PowerPoint).
Feel "Steve Jobs" for a day, through the "slides" command of the front-row
Live the experience with students (used to do training, but customers who incidentally, are most unsympathetic)
Living the feedback immediately, not only for their comments during class and in the end, but because each is learning to do a blog with WordPress and some have already commented on it in class today.

Then we went to lunch together with Toni and we talked about many things. He especially want to thank you giving me this opportunity and I am seeing too many similarities both in the field of communication as the meaning of life itself.

Total, which has been a very enriching experience!

PS: The preparation of this year I had quite liadot I hope now to resume the activity "postejadora" blog and podcast as often as usual.

Congratulations! A little over a year I make a pass and I did recommend Macs ... x'D
Now that I also found I recommend them to the Apple Shop the fnac and there was nobody at the bar ... x'D
One day Apple will have to pay this off ... at least, right?

Thank you Thomas, for providing human and podcastaire. As I said in class, this is personal enrichment, for me, the great value of 2.0 tools, because they always have the last person to discover. We repeat, safe

@ Roger: I, at least, I can not avoid I argue that this system makes life simple and try to explain it as long as I and an Apple Shop with Fnaquers absent anything to do with an Apple Store as needed.
@ Toni: I hope so! one of these days, take my sensible, I write a post about personal networking (which gives you the web 2.0) versus professional networking. Good luck with your thesis!

The truth is that it has been an enriching experience, and felt it was not the first time in public talking about podcasting.
However, if you had to go through a Windows lover, you could not. jejej. xDD. xDD. But I understand your passion for the Mac, especially after seeing the presentation that we've taken on GarageBand (Mac native), and iLive all virgueries Mac. In addition one would have come from a desire to buy it. So if one of your goals was to say that a Mac can work more easily, we've got. jejej.
Personally, I podcast, I knew little. So thank you for the class-talk that has helped us a lot, and arreveure.

@ Eli, do not know the thrill that makes me a comment, that you have dared to move you around, invest your time and give feedback. Thank you.
My intention today was trying to convey the passion for podcasting-bone as an excellent means of creating personal communication with others and fosters participation. (And other tools of Web 2.0).
I hope I have made it a little. At least your presence here as I show
And you're right, I could not go through Windows lover (and less than Vista, eggs), or pay me Good luck with the course!

The truth is that before starting the course of all this web 2.0 world was a stranger (Of course if we used some applications, but knew they were making use of Web 2.0). During the time spent, we have discovered the world of blogs, podcasts and now video blog! The truth is that Internet advances rapidly and is a strong point for the new era of communication. Especially since we can all become broadcasters and all we can say our, and more, helping others.

The truth is that a class has been very enriquecedora, since it mucha gente, the word podcast was very UNKNOWN and most Still, their life cycles (Preparation, Production and publication).
Thanks to people how are you, today's audiovisual communication of them students of the UIC, we may Speaking calmly and that the podcast has basicair characteristics of tener, if sabriamos Another thing is make them as a podcast TuYo although it dudo WHY not utilizamos Mac jajajajaja

Thomas thank you for taking us a while yesterday. After listening to your wisdom in this world of podcasting as inovador, I caught a bit of depre ... Now I realize my ignorance verse Internet, a world dominated thought ...
We now know that to make good podcast and a good microphone, headphones and a good save to buy a Mac!

@ Eli: Yes, I just passed. Used Internet applications before you know it was part of the famous "Web 2.0". The grace of Web 2.0 is "participation" component and "social network". I strongly agree with what you said about Toni's vision that some have not used the internet (internet participatory) and look at this from outside as something that "insulates" the people. It is entirely false. As he told us on Thursday, reveals very interesting people, matching your interests and vital affinities, and multiply exponentially the number of relationships beyond the scope of each natural person (family, friends, school, work ...)
@ Polo: I surprised you did it with the Mac. hehehe, it was also my intention. I'm not a Taliban Apple, eh? should consist of. In fact, if you read the entries tag "opinion" about Apple here blog, we tend to sock it quite cane But the operating system of Macs, the Mac OS X is really a "gem". To me it made life computer user, much easier and productive and I can not try to convey to others.
@ Elena: Thanks for your words of wisdom but anything I learn constantly and I have very much to learn. To make a podcast, or do anything else in life, what matters most is to have hope, I think .... the microphones, headphones, and even Macs, help, but are not essential, however the enthusiasm and excitement indeed they are.
