Choose topics for the next Screencasts
Now that I've taken a relatively orderly in the mechanical production of the screencast, which allows me to generate them with relative ease, I thought it would be good idea for you to collect suggestions and priorities to meet your interests.
I created a poll with some outstanding issues that have to check that the most interest to you and ask you, please, if you want to finish to bring new topics in the comments on this post.
Remember Screencasts are mainly aimed at people who have started or Mac with a short time and in any case, the same length should not exceed 8 minutes. So things must be very specific and relatively simple to explain (a manual of "Pro Tools" would not be a target for a Screencast) ![]()
Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

@ Keko, I have been myself to the test selection that worked ok
hehehehe
Ahhhhh ... vaaaaya ...
I already said that the vote had been widely scattered ... xD
If you should be focusing on switchers come to me several ideas:
- Apple Mail: All of your accounts in one application
- Torrent Client for Mac: uTorrent or Transmission?
Mac Maintenance: Scripts system, Onyx, repair permissions, ...
Our space-núbol: Mobile Me (iDisk) or free services (Dropbox)?
-Customize your desktop: background, icons, themes and applications for managing it.
Add-essential Periana, Flip4Mac, Growl ...
Are issues that made me dance on the head when I left the "dark side of force" and even more than already discussed, there are always newcomers who need a helping hand.
Health!
I emsemblaria some great screencast about iWork (Pages especially) and Joomla with Mac, although I do not know if you have worked with Thomas.
Here is the suggestion.
@ Punk, thanks! Yes, perhaps a basic Switchers necessary. Regarding the Apple Mail had thought about setting up accounts with Gmail IMAP but I think Michael was working there. I think it is a basic point.
@ Iknasi explain any of the iWork programs in 8 minutes is almost impossible. Should study how. I use a lot of themes for Keynote and Pages work and am very happy results. Regarding Joomla, no, I use it, but your advice encourages me to give it a look
+1 To the issue of maintenance on mac proposed punkomatic!
Thomas! If I am working in the screencast to set GMail to Mail, do not take me!
Try removing it towards the next week
Hello
I already commented once, talking about raid.
goodbye
And you think about publishers as Coda, Espresso or TexMate ... for we are starting with web programming?
could discuss how to transfer info from one system to another and even from what programs subtitutius there, but without explaining them by their reference, eg access = FileMaker, etc ...
@ Michael, yeah, I figured, why was an idea currently parked. The issue with gmail IMAP and also something on Google Calendar + iCal could be very good. Go on line to find solutions, even partial, allowing us to flee mobile.me
@ All, thanks for all contributions. The account I will go to the next creating screencasts
The truth is that force that helps me participate because, a priori, it is difficult to know that you may find interesting. However remember that the basic and screencast are short and some of the issues I plan to give tutorials for real.
You can contribute ideas to follow!
